CelltrionCare Patient Support Program (PSP) for patients on Remsima SC (subcutaneous infliximab) for the treatment of adults with severe chronic plaque psoriasis (PsO).

The CelltrionCare program offers to patients:

  1.      Injection training by a nurse (Home visit or virtual)
  2.      Free Nurse Hotline via 1800-SUBCUT (1800-78 22 88)
  3.      Welcome Kit including
    • Welcome Letter
    • Welcome to CelltrionCare flyer
    • Guide to Remsima booklet
    • Patient injection diary
    • Self-injection poster
    • Travel kit information flyer
    • 2 cooler bags: for up to 13 hours and up to 5 hours cooled transport
    • Sharps container for Remsima disposal
